Ours starts on Christmas eve where everyone under 18 gets to open one gift (secretly placed there by an elf)! It just so happens that it is always PJ’s with a note from The Elf saying that Santa needs them to wear the pj’s to bed on christmas eve so that he knows that they were still being good while he was out delivering presents to the rest of the boys and girls! Then an elf comes in on christmas morning and turns on the train around the tree to tell everyone that santa is all done delivering and that they can come see what they got! :)
